  This is the worst parts house I've ever visited. Seems they just needed employees and disregarded if any of them have any knowledge whatsoever of vehicles. This is the closest parts house to me and I would rather drive 100 miles if I had to just see if a part is available than to go this place. None of these employees have knowledge of vehicles. Management should reconsider who they hire. Just because someone is able to use computer doesn't make them right for the position. My daughter has ordered a master cylinder 5 different times through this location. Eaxh time the wrong one.Because she's hardheaded and would not listen to me. Finally I took it upon myself and called the Crosby location and first order of said part, it was right. Horrible... I'm surprised this place is still in business.
